Repeat Prescriptions
If a medicine is prescribed regularly the doctor may provide you with a repeat prescription card. A computerised order slip will be given to you after each repeat prescription request and you can use this to request further items.
Your order slip line can be posted to the surgery or delivered in person and placed inside the repeat prescription request box in the main reception area.
Alternatively you can request your prescription online via the link at the top of this page.
Local Chemists
Prescriptions can be dropped off and collected from your chosen chemist (ask at reception for details of this service). All chemists carry out home deliveries.

Medication Reviews
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
